Continental Chef Supplies offers a unique proposition to its corporate customers.

We do not merely sell products to our customers; we offer a true turnkey advisory and support service throughout the life of a project or sale, tailored exactly to their individual needs.

A full-service project would normally start with the Advisory Stage, where we can assist customers in selecting products which will truly provide them with the most appropriate and cost-effective solution.

During the Presentation Stage, customers can either arrange for product presentations to be carried out at their designated location, or they can bring their project team to our prestigious London Showroom at 111 Baker Street. There, the project team can actually work on tableware settings with trained CCS staff and make additional product selections from our extensive ranges. Sample products can be ordered for more lengthy consideration or internal product reviews.

Once a project reaches the Quotation Stage, we can assist by offering sample product lists based on previous projects. This acts as an aide-memoire, to ensure essential items are not forgotten. We will always structure a quotation so that it represents best value to the customer based on the project needs. It should be noted that best value may not always be the cheapest price.

At the Ordering Stage, an Account Manager will process the order and the Project Management Team will handle the supply and all logistic aspects of the order, including delivery and any access issues. For large projects, we will also offer the services of a member(s) of the Sales Team to be on-site for assistance during the unpacking and checking-off of the delivery.

The After-Sales Stage will include a follow-up by our sales staff in order to ensure the project is concluded with 100% customer satisfaction and any additional requirements are identified and progressed.

We understand that a customer’s main focus, when undertaking a project, must be on the overall success of the project, of which the supply of equipment is only one part. It is our intention to assist customers as much as they wish in order to minimise the work and stress associated with sourcing products. Of course, not all customers want or need all aspects of the full service, so we tailor the service in accordance with the customer’s requirements.
