Goods returned will be accepted entirely at CCS’s discretion and terms & conditions apply. All goods must be returned
- within 30 days from signed delivery
- unused and in perfect condition
- in their original packaging
We do not offer a free returns service so return carriage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
You must contact us for authorisation to return any goods on our Customer Services Return Line 01236 850236. Any goods returned without prior authorisation or which are not in the condition set out above may be rejected and returned to you at your cost.
CCS reserve the right to charge an administration charge on all returns. Where goods do not appear in a CCS publication (including but not limited to our catalogue, promotional leaflets, or our website) and are specially ordered for you then CCS will only accept the return of the goods if they are defective and returned within 30 days from signed delivery. This also applies to goods that have been embroidered and goods that have been customised. CCS reserves the right to charge a re-stocking charge of up to 50% of the goods value.
