We hosted the @pavlovaandcream's London Kitchen Social Chefs event (whilst maintaining current COVID-19 government guidelines), where we welcomed talented Chefs who produced 'out of this world' food and dished them up on a range of autumnal tableware from our exclusive suppliers.
Here is a recap of all the creative dishes put together –
Chef James Peck (@jamesburntlemon) Founding Director of Burnt Lemon Chefs, put together a Palette Cleanser which consisted of; Kombucha, Green Apple, Dill and Thyme. It was then plated up on some delicate Pordamsa tableware.
Chef Greg Emmerson (@gregemmerson_) MasterChef 2018 Semi-Finalist, perfected Iberico Pork Belly, Chicharron, Pea Tartare (shallot & mustard dressing), Burnt Baby Onions & Herbs. Placed in stoneware with a crackled glaze finish by Jars Ceramistes.
Chef Robbie Lorraine (@robbie_lorraine) surprised us with House Cured Salt Cod with Brussel Tops, Balsamic Pearls, Caper Berries, Celery & Black Garlic Cracker (supplied by @originalblackgarlicuk). He served this up on Grey Shale tableware by RAK Porcelain.
Another dish Chef James Peck put together was Scottish Black Pudding (supplied by @fairfaxlondon), Raisin Puree, Raisins, Rosemary Black Garlic Emulsion & Pine Nuts. Displayed on nature inspired tableware by Gifre.
Chef Daniel Britten (@danielpbritten) concocted Ginger & Miso Pork Belly, Apple Compote, Black Garlic Ketchup, Pickled Fennel, Golden Raisins & Hazelnuts. An autumnal dish plated on handcrafted Pordamsa tableware.
Chef Greg Emmerson put together another meat-based dish consisting of, Shiitake, Beef & Pear Reduction, Confit Leek, Chanterelle, Nasturtiums & Herb Oil. The warmest of dishes placed on unique NIKKO tableware.
