Free Returns

We will happily refund or credit any item that has been dispatched incorrectly. This is providing the unused item is returned to us within 30 days and is in its original packaging. Returned goods must be authorised before sending them back to CCS. Therefore please call our customer service team free on 0808 1001 777 to inform us that you will be returning your order or partorder. Any goods returned without authorisation or which are not in the conditions set out above will be rejected and returned to you at your cost. Personalised garments cannot be exchanged unless faulty.
